Getting off the train to Los Santos for the first time, Yuno Sykk embarks on an adventure to get himself a nice hamburger and settle in his new home. Being his mentor, Dundee takes such responsibility in his own hands and, after a chaotic run in with some troublesome criminals, he takes Yuno to the mines and teaches him a valuable lesson before shooting him down and leaving him to his fate. Despite often letting it slide as it’s clear he doesn’t mean harm, plenty of his friends and even his twin sister, Ray Mond, have labeled him as a “snitch” and unloyal, a combination that’s bound to put an end to his criminal career unless someone intervenes. Being arrested on his first day in the city has put a toll on his self confidence as a criminal, which in addition to his indecisive nature has put many of his friends in constant trouble.
However, not everything is good for the young Yuno. Getting a couple legitimate jobs and making new friends every day -from other small criminals like himself, cops and sweet civilians, to infamous gangsters the entire city fears and insane characters who would stab him the second he looks away-, Yuno slowly accepts the fact that criminal life is a much better fit for him, and starts searching for something only he could provide for the illegal side of the city, the vision of Jean Paul, X, robbing a bank on his own inspiring him to become a bank robber.
